We are now recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm!

The position
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in handling customer orders as well as related purchasing and logistics procedures, and interacts with customers to provide information and support requests. Within the organization the Sales Coordinator supports the sales and service teams in promotional activities as well as tender and project preparation and follow-up. Your main field of work will be in the Surgical Workplaces division - however, cross-divisional learning and working is highly encouraged.

One main part of the role is handling incoming customer payments and credit control. This key function in the organization provides the unique chance to work in classic customer service and finance at the same time. Among your key tasks and responsibilities are:

• Creation and follow up on quotations
• Handling of sales orders from placement of customer order to invoicing, including purchasing, logistics, coordination with freight forwarders and delivery
• Handling of service contracts and maintenance orders
• Customer service via phone and e-mail
• Handling of customer complaints
• Maintenance of customer master data
• Monitoring purchase order status and effective communication with the production companies and local suppliers regarding deliveries, vendor invoices and credit notes
• Credit control
• Handling of incoming goods and return processing
• Coordination and preparation of promotional activities, customer events and exhibitions
• Engagement in special projects, such as improvement of internal controls, integration of new acquisitions, implementation of IT systems, and others.

The Sales Coordinator reports directly to the CFO of Maquet Nordic.
Start date is as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ experience from a similar role, either as a sales coordinator or a customer service representative. Knowledge of logistics processes, export/import and custom procedures is required. Further, some of your key characteristics include:

• First experience in accounts payables/accounts receivables
• Practical knowledge in credit control is a plus
• Experience in SAP R/3 sales and purchasing modules is a must, finance module is an advantage
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage

Since this role involves a great amount of communication with customers, production companies, suppliers and the internal sales force, it is crucial that you possess excellent communication skills and that you have a strong customer focus. Further, you have a great ability to work independently within the own area of responsibility, as well as contribute and collaborate in a team. Lastly, you have a reliable, structured, hands-on and problem solving working style together with a drive to learn and to work in a steadily changing environment.
