Responsibilities:
Administration 30%
Daily administration duties including quotations, sales support,
Daily contact with our printing house and production department in Poland
Supporting the sales team with necessary administration duties.
Sales & client support 70%
Supporting company clients with information over the phone
Supporting the sales team by arranging sales meetings over the phone.
Keeping close contact with our clients in the Nordic Countries
Reporting to CEO/ Sales and Marketing Director in Sweden
Taking part in marketing events of the company
Requirements:
Similar knowledge of daily office administration duties.
Experience working with sales team and CRM systems
Experience working with daily office administration
High level of telephone skills
Willingness to learn new competences
Proactive approach and business oriented personality
Able to work under the pressure of time and situation
Swedish fluent , English fluent, other Nordic language is an additional advantage
Microsoft office skills
