Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity's sales force. Areas of responsibility: Coordinate inbound and outbound order process. Coordinate Nonconforming Material process. Essential Functions: Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity's ERP. Review customer purchase order terms and requirements, and ensure they are communicated to relevant teams. Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times. Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time. Manage the Storage Inventory Report and Nonconforming Material (NCM) Disposition Report for sales department.
Utbildning och erfarenhetREQUIRED: Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowlege: Computer literate. Traits: Outstanding customer service skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Organized. Flexible and Adaptable. Problem solver. Ability to multitask. PREFERRED Education: 4-year college degree. Experience: 2+ years of office or sales experience. Knowledge: Familiar with complex ERP systems. Traits: Strong conflict management skills.
