SALES ASSISTANT
As Sales Assistant you will be involved in many different aspects of marketing and sales activities in the company:
• Handle order registration and invoicing in our business
system
• Maintain the database in our business system
• Assist in preparing quotations and submitting public tenders
• Assist in bookings and document preparations for shipments
• Handle daily communications with customers, shipping agents and customs for import and export.
• Handle inquiries and distribute these to relevant sales
contacts
• Assist in information and database search activities
• Assist in preparation of electronic and printed sales material
The position is based in Malmö, Sweden but you have to be prepared to travel.
You have well developed social skills and enjoy working in teams, You are also creative and perform your duties in a thorough and professional manner. You need to have a strong commercial as well as technical interest. You have experience of international business activities and communication. Experiences from import and export activities are seen as a merit. We are currently working with Visma CRM and Global, MS Office and Photoshop.
