solutions for other exciting Asian markets such as Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Your challenge
As Sales & Marketing Manager with Scandinavian Perspectives you lead by example and work as a part of a team. Your responsibilities will include product development, web site design and up-dates, as
well as the coordination and production of sales, PR and marketing material and activities.
Analyses of new and existing markets that lead to marketing plans and strategies are an important part of your work - as are sales statistics, prognosises and plans. This forms the base for your work
towards markets with great potential for high-end services. In this position, you will have several opportunities to visit and experience all our exciting markets first hand.
Requirements, experience and personal qualities
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be required to have a degree from higher education as well as several years of experience from a similar position. Experience from other businesses than the
travel business and from sales and marketing for the Asian markets - preferably from within the service industry - is an advantage. You also need an honest interest in the Asian cultures. Fluency in
Swedish and English is a must, and knowledge of Chinese is a merit. You are IT literate and know what a useful tool it is.
As a person you are creative, responsible, pragmatic, hands-on and enthusiastic. You are a keen listener with focus on results and a natural team leader. Building relations with customers and team
members alike is an inherent skill you possess. As a team leader you create an atmosphere where everyone can perform at his or her best.
