Do you want to work in an international company where you will be working both strategical with business development and operative with new markets in Europe? We offer you to be part of an enthusiastic team with an entrepreneurial mind-set.

In this position, you report directly to the CEO. You are based in Malmö together with 17 colleagues in R, production and administration - you will be responsible for sales and marketing in Europe and work close with the CEO and owners (BiCA) in developing and executing the marketing and sales strategy.

CODAB is an established company with a good track record in developing and supplying products and systems to larger oil companies as well as independent fuel retailers. CODAB has a flat organization, focused on solving problems and moving forward in a collaborative fashion. More energy goes into product development and customer service.

As Sales and Marketing Manager/Director you identify and manage partners/customers, develop exceptional relationships and are responsible for customer contracts, pricing and marketing material. You create partnership and add value by offering sales activities for our bigger customers/partners and build bridges between solutions, technical architecture and ideas for new product features to meet customer needs. You represent the sales force in Europe and work in close partnership with international part owner BiCA.

You are an outgoing person who is result driven and ready to go that extra mile for your partners/customers/colleagues. You get energy from being in a multicultural environment in a position where you meet many different people and challenges.

Your background

• successful marketing and sales experience within the industrial industry or likewise

• university degree in business, marketing, engineering or likewise

• understanding or interest in cloud architecture

• fluent in Swedish and English - oral and written
