hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-01-04ArbetsuppgifterWe are seeking a Sales Admin to join our client. This role is a hybrid setup, where you will spend 50% of your time on two key responsibilities and the remaining 50% on another two. This combination results in a full-time position.
This is a try & hire position, offering the consultant the opportunity for permanent employment after 6 months.
Focus areas description:
50% - Coordinator and Data Collector:
• Collect data from Key Account Managers (KAM), Program Managers, and Delivery Leads to facilitate accurate customer invoicing by Financial Control.
• Ensure proof of performance is carried out on the customer side.
50% - Accounts Payable Responsibility:
• Manage the Accounts Payable process (leverantörsreskontra) within the Finance department, with backup support from Financial Control when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Accounts Payable processes and make necessary adjustments in line with policy changes.
Required Skills:
• Accounts Payable
• Invoice Management
• Proficient in Swedish and English
