Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator within Lean Manufacturing (six sigma, WCM, or similar) to take Saint-Gobain Sekurit to become successful within World Class Manufacturing in the production site in Eslöv.
WCM Coordinator will join our passionate and knowledgeable team. This exciting role will see you managing a team of WCM Partners in collaboration with the WCM Pillar Leaders, WCM committee, employees in the plant utilising your lean and leadership experience to continue the long-term success of WCM.
In the role as WCM Coordinator you will;
• Lead WCM/lean manufacturing deployment and implementation in the factory according to the master plan defined by the steering committee
• Be part the Steering Committee and the Operational SGSS committee
• Coordination of activities, in collaboration with the pillar leaders
• Coaching and guiding of pillar leaders and members concerning defined methodologies in model and expansion areas
• Leading his / her team (of WCM partners)
• To coordinate the WCM saving data collection and ensure the achieved level is aligned with our commitment (Budget and Plan)

For the WCM Coordinator role specifically it is important that you have:
• First managerial experience is a benefit, including Training /Development of staff
• Several years of experience in Lean Manufacturing (six sigma, WCM, or similar), knowledge of techniques
• Business skills which allow to close the loop between the methodology and the results achieved
• Demonstrating Leadership, convincing

• University degree in engineering, technical secondary school or similar
To succeed in the role, it is necessary to create commitment and interest in WCM and the working models to be implemented. You are expected to be able to communicate at different levels in the organization and involve yourself in the various areas of business quickly and convincingly. The position also requires you to be analytical and to utilize the WCM tools optimally.
