Job: SALES MANAGER

Group/Team: Scanspac, Saint-Gobain Sweden AB

Location: Stockholm or Örebro office

Reports to: MD Scanspac Sweden







THE ROLE AS SALES MANAGER



The key purpose is to lead, manage develop and coordinate all sales issues within Scanspac. This includes to set-up and execute sales strategies and action plans. You will work to ensure short and long-term commercial performance and result of Saint-Gobain Scanspac AB both in volume and price. Being part of the Scanspac management team you will contribute to the overall result of the company: profits, cash flow and ROI.



You will manage a sales department with 7 employees and 2 indirect reports. You will focus on achieving growth by successfully manage the Scanspac sales team. You are expected to monitor sales trends in order to be able to apply the appropriate sales strategy. You will establish and implement sales plans, ensuring all sales activities are aligned with overall Saint-Gobain strategy.



You are responsible for negotiations and agreements with all costumers and will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.



In co-operation with the Business & Technical Support Manager you will work with the product assortment and portfolio, driving a clear customer segmentation strategy.





CANDIDATE PROFILE



We believe that a successful candidate will have successful previous sales experience and preferably, but not necessary, management experience. He or she has excellent communications skills and are able to communicate fluently in written and spoken Swedish and English. Furthermore you are a team player with change capabilities.



You have great social skills and the ability to actively listen and build relationships, responsive to internal and external stakeholder needs. You are strategic with operational skills.



In addition you will have a relevant educational background and strong business sense and industry experience.
