hela Sverige We are now seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Strategist for Safety to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and evolving the Safety Strategy as well as executing strategic initiatives.
For this position we believe you are an expert in the Safety discipline within Automotive and has proven experience and successful result. Your are used to steer the evolution of the product safety and drive development of the feature towards wanted feature position.
You are recognized as thought leader in the Safety area of expertise, and has at least 12+ years of relevant experience. You have an up to date understanding of market trends and able to leverage strong internal and external networks to remain ahead of the game.
You possess strong analytical abilities and master the task to address complex questions with a data-driven approach, and with the ability to present and visualize information clearly. Your great appetite to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams have over the years given you the experience in how you influence stakeholders at all levels.
