Are you ready for a challenging opportunity within Tetra Pak as software Product Owner?
We are looking for an experienced and talented Global Product Owner/SAFe Product Manager to join our team managing our world leading Tetra Pak® PlantMaster MES Software. The MES software is tailored for the Food and Beverage industry and is a central part of our ongoing Internet of Things and Digital transformation.
The team of Product Owners work with translating customer and business needs into software requirements. Within Tetra Pak the role belongs to R&D, but sits within the central Marketing & Product Management team. M&PM defines the core category strategies, market share targets and promotional investment levels as well as product strategies. The Product Owner will report directly to the Product Director Automation & Information Solutions.
You will be required to network both within and outside Tetra Pak to secure alignment of all activities. You will be able to make the most of your knowledge and professional skills.
The position requires up to 10-20 % travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Understand and translate customer needs into Epics, Features and Stories
• Develop and communicate the Program Vision and Roadmap
• Manage and Prioritize the program backlog
• Define Releases and Program Increments (PI)
• Prepare and actively participate in all PI plan-ning's
• Support central M&PM teams and Market Companies
Qualifications
You are a self-motivated person with strong result orientation. The ability to pay attention to details, balanced with a strong adaptability to see the larger context is a success factor. You posses excellent communications skills and know-how to make people connect to your message. Furthermore you have an ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
To be successful in this position you possesses comprehensive knowledge of product development, requirement management and softeware development. You are custom to drive development and have the ability to exercise informal authority. Your educational background is a B.Sc/M.Sc degree or similar. We believe you have a minimum of 10 years of working experience and are used to stakeholder management in a large global organization. It is a requirement that you have strong technical knowledge from the Microsoft software development field and agile experience using Scrum or SAFe. Extensive knowledge about Automation, Database or EPR software development is an advantage. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
