Easy Travel is seeking full-time Russian/English Speaking Travel Agent to join their growing team in Stockholm.
Finnish tour operator Easy Travel Ltd is to your service. The company was founded in 2005. Over the years it has been providing services for thousands of tourists travelling to Finland and Scandinavian countries. The company has gained a reputation of a true and reliable partner. Driven by the principle "Quality is the best advertising" we have built a strong base of clients and partners. Our company was awarded by the Finnish certificate of quality AAA, which confirms the highest extent of credibility to the enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, excursions and other travel services.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers.
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees (if needed).
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
• Enter data with itineraries, packages and other information into company's website.
• Meet profit and sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluency in Russian and English; Swedish language is a plus. -Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• EU driving license.
• We are looking for a smart person who has a team player attitude.
• Excellent knowledge of computer.
• Good sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field an advantage.
