Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead
Lynk & Co's newly formed Program & Product Management department has an opening in the Process Optimization team to hire a (RPA) Robotic Process Automation lead. The RPA lead enable freeing up Lynk & Co business teams from working with repetitive, high volume boring tasks, for more value added fun stuff. You will gain exposure to unique learning opportunities and you will architect and design RPA technical solutions.
In this position you will play a key role in Lynk & Co's transformation journey, and work in close collaboration and alignment with business owners, process development leads, technology teams and supporting project teams.
The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden.
What you'll do
• Deliver business value, from intelligent automaton by developing codes
• Hands on working on bring the business requirement to solution design building end to end process automation solutions
• Build a technical delivery model that supports an agile framework
• Managing automations with varying business, technical, financial, product, tax or legal dependencies and requirements.
• Reporting out and keeping the stakeholders informed, escalated when needed.
• Maintain, repair and keep the solutions relevant and trustworthy
• Deliver on agreed quality, time and costs balancing effort versus gain
• Work together with the process development leads and other business leads ensuring the process is documented
What you should have
• Strong knowledge of RPA Model, RPA design principles and programming techniques
• Deep experience with UiPath in every step of the development cycle, certification is a plus
• Expert level proficiency with at least 2 programming languages
• Experience leading the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automations
• Design thinking, Lean and Six-Sigma experience, or other tools to accelerate RPA development
• Deep knowledge and hands-on best practices for advanced automation tools (RPA; OCR, AI/ML, Chatbots, etc)
• Excellence communication skills, being able to explain technical aspects to business people
• Convert unclear set of requirements to concrete plans and execute on them
