hela Sverige As a Project Manager you support the Robotic Process Automation strategy and execution programs within Ericsson. This involves leading RPA engagements end to end from strategy to deployment and benefit realization.
• Translates the customer or business needs into automation projects within his/her scope of responsibilities.
• Developing and maintaining effective project management controls to ensure that agreed delivery timelines and functionality are met for Business and IT teams.
• Ensuring that, in co-operation with the central RPA program, a good oversight of major global initiatives is maintained, whilst delivering RPA solutions globally.
• Identifying and resolving resource constraints and bottlenecks, and raising issues to project stakeholders at earliest opportunity to minimize any potential risk.
• Managing RPA project stakeholders, from C-level to operational level.
• Effectively managing third-party vendor teams for expected deliverables.
• Taking an active part in designing and setting up the RPA center of excellence.
• Developing and maintaining a range of RPA training programs for Operations teams, both to support projects as well as to support RPA operations.
The candidate will also be expected to be involved in activities like managing infrastructure requirements of the team, drafting & releasing regular RPA newsletters, improve RPA Center of Excellence Ways of Working etc.
Digital Transformation is a newly formed unit within Group Function Sales, with the aim to drive our digital strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution. The unit is led by the Head of Digital Transformation who reports to SVP & Head of Technology and Emergent Business.
As a part our Digital Transformation journey we are driving Robotics Process Automation as a key strategic Initiative. We are now looking for a Project Manager to drive Robotics Process Automation in alignment with the overall digital strategy.
The Robotic process automation project manager will be reporting to the Head of Automation and AI. The position is to be held in Stockholm to be close to the team and to minimize internal travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
We have high expectations on you as an individual, to bring a good combination of broad-based business, leadership, and functional experience:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• Around 5+ years of Project management experience, PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in working with RPA tools and automation solutions (BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
• Knowledge of business processes in different areas, eg.: IT, HR, supply / logistics, telecommunication services etc.
• Experience in motivating and leading teams, as well as working with networked teams across diverse geographical areas
• Ownership and results oriented
• Problem solving mindset
• Strong leadership and communication skills
