Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Group Risk Management is part of the Group Governance, Risk and Compliance function, that reports directly to the President and CEO of the Scania Group. We are currently building up the function and therefore looking for a new colleague within Group Risk Management.

In this position, you will be part of an international and multicultural team and work in an global environment with an opportunity to overview the whole Scania organisation. You will be part of a team supporting Scania's journey towards a sustainable transport solution by providing efficient risk management to the entire organisation.

Main responsibilities

• Facilitate, support and conduct complex risk assessments
• Communication and sharing of knowledge and insights including training programs
• Define and execute upon targets and strategies

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an academic degree. We assume that you have a solid experience in risk management and a proven record of successful design, develop and implementation of standard solutions and best practices. You have experience from different areas within risk management. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. The ability to drive decision making, facilitate change and resolve issues in a diplomatic way is vital for success.

We are looking for a person who has high integrity and an open-minded approach towards your tasks. You have strong analytical skills regarding risk management as well as customer focus.
