As Retail Manager you report directly to Head of Retail in Sweden, and you have a matrix report to Head of Retail Operations Nordic. You are the direct manager for our 4 District Managers and 1 Store Supporter
You will be responsible for managing the store operations in your region in Sweden. Your success is measured by turnover growth and profit, but also by quality conceptual execution and development of the Retail organisation in your region. As a member of Country Management Team you will be involved in planning, implementation and execution of JYSK strategy and business plan in Sweden.
The position is preferably based in Malmö/Southern part of Sweden and apart of being visible in your stores several days a week, you must count with a yearly travel activity of approx 50 days.
