We are looking for a true entrepreneur who dreams about build his or her own retail fashion business. This star has great knowledge and experience from both retail and fashion. A commercial and driven personality with a high level of service attitude.
Main responsibilities
• Create and execute the J.Lindeberg Retail Strategy and Store Concept
• Drive everyday business in own operated Retail Stores, concessions and outlets
• Leading, influencing and develop the organization and the people in it
• Driving a service culture
• Retail expansion (new stores)
• P/L responsibility for own operated retail stores, concessions and outlets
To be successful in this role you
• Have a great drive and a result-driven attitude
• Have at least 3 years of retail management experience, preferably from fashion.
• Have strong fashion awareness and sales experience
• Are fluently in Swedish and English

• Are results oriented and have a passion to build and develop new businesses.
• Are creative and find your own way then challenges occur.
• Have a positive attitude and inspire and motivate your team
• Have a great interest in fashion!
