We want to strengthen our Identity and Access Management capabilities and are searching for a Process Architect to our Service Management organization within the Infrastructure & Operations division.
As a Process Architect you will take responsibility for the global Identity and Access Management process within the H&M group. As Process Architect you are responsible for process design, as well as implementation of the process within the IT business, and for coordinating requirements on tool support for the process (such as requirements on our IAM solution and our ITSM system ServiceNow). You will govern H&M's IAM policies and principles, align with stakeholders and follow up on the process value to the business.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a communicative person who is experienced in Identity and Access Management and likes implementing and optimizing cross functional processes and standardized ways of working.
You are good at visualizing benefits of processes and describe their value to the business, and you know how to use KPI:s and reports as enablers when implementing the processes and motivating the stakeholders. You also have the ability to document and develop processes independently.
As a person you are able to work structured and methodically and like a dynamic environment with high pace and constant changes. We also believe that you like to build relations and collaborate with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Process Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
Plan and take responsibility for activities that lead to increased efficiency within the Identity and Access Management area
Take responsibility for process management and design, the availability of relevant metrics, and to document, educate and inform about the process
Be responsible for the requirements on the tools (especially our IAM solution) that support the process.
Continuous dialog with stakeholders, such as teams responsible for IT Solution development, HR processes and tools, IT Security, Infra Service development and maintenance
Support people working with operative Access Management and User Administration
Represent the Identity and Access Management process in various forums, assignments and projects

And your skills include:
High ability to train and educate others in the Identity and Access Management process
Good analytical skills and an understanding of complex structures and processes
Good knowledge about Microsoft Identity Manager
Good knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Good knowledge about Microsoft Active Directory
Good leadership skills
Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English
This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm.
