Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: The duties include direct and telephone customer and agency contact when making reservations sales and ticketing for flights on Ethiopian Airlines. Administrative duties connected with reservations and ticket sales activity and developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. You will be working in a group of Ethiopian Airlines employees and from time to time you may be required to support others in their various areas of responsibility.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Diploma or degree from recognized institution. Swedish and English language required both spoken and written. Self-motivated, flexible and willing to travel on duty. Able to meet short deadlines and work under pressure with good attention to detail and good customer contact skills.
Suitable candidate should be able to manage several tasks at the same time, have good administration skills including familiarity with MS office programs. Work experience in airline industry in reservations, ticketing and sales related field. Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan or Galileo) is preferred, but not essential. Recruitment is ongoing, apply today.
