Function description
As a researcher and a member of an international consulting team, you will be specifically in charge of the development of the search strategy and process for these assignments, providing relevant support to the consultants for the development, execution and completion of each search:
• Draft Job Specifications and develop research strategy
• Lead research (definition of Target Company List, search internal and external databases, identify prospective candidates)
• Execute source and candidate approach calls
• Pre-screen and determine qualifications of candidates on the telephone
• As a liaison with clients and candidates, you contribute to co-ordination and administrative follow-up
Profile
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position or in a service driven environment involving extensive telephone work
• Proven capacity to communicate at high management level
• Dynamic, flexible, creative and proactive personality, with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Fluency in English and Swedish and a good command of Finnish
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Windows)
