Our work takes place in cooperation with and in strategic agreements with companies, organisations and public authorities in the region.

Position description
This is a temporary position for a senior researcher (PhD) within the research project TestMine. The position is focused on designing, implementing and evaluating testing strategies and test execution environments that are appropriate for modern large-scale software systems. Key objectives are automation of test processes, and designing test environments that are closely coupled with design and implementation of systems.
Qualifications requirements
The applicant should have a PhD degree in computer science or computer engineering and have a research focus on applied software testing for newly designed and implemented systems, as well as for large-scale legacy systems. The applicant should be familiar with software test strategies that apply to functional, security, performance and regression testing. Experience with industrial software is important.

Merit
Knowledge of and experience with software fault databases and fault taxonomies are positive merits.
