Requirement Engineer - Service Engineering & Information Management (SEIM)

To strengthen our organization we are now recruiting a Requirement Engineer within the department Service Engineering & Information Management (SEIM). Position Description
SEIM is a function within Parts & Service and Quality & Customer Satisfaction (Q&CS) at Volvo Buses. We are responsible for Reduce "downtime" and increase "profitability" for the bus owner/owners. We are today represented in Sweden, Brazil, Mexico, Poland and India.

SEIM is now seeking a Requirement Engineer for the Gothenburg site, who has the drive and passion to contribute to future solutions of our products, using both your knowledge and curiosity to find the best solutions together with your colleagues within Parts & Service and Product Development.
SEIM is responsible to deliver service instructions, drivers handbook, design and function, accessories installations. Requirement Engineer gives early input in projects with the goal to minimize customer downtime.
We value a responsibility taking personality with a positive and supportive mindset as well as great communication skills.

Main activities and responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze Product and Project information in order to make early judgment of technical solutions from a serviceability perspective
• Communicate agreed requirements and clarify expectations in a constructive dialogue with product development
• Secure aftermarket requirements are handled and understood
• Validate concept selections regarding serviceability
