Tools & Commercial Systems (T&CS) is part of Tetra Pak's Market Operations (MO) organisation. T&CS's mission is to support Sales, Marketing, Product & Portfolio management processes with the right tools, data management systems & reports that enable quality & timely decision-making and drive productivity. In Business Reporting we aim at providing enhanced user experience and delivering value-adding insights to the MO organization and other Businesses Units through reporting (focus on Power BI and Salesforce).
T&CS Business Reporting is recruiting a Reporting Specialist with very good experience in the area of reporting, data modelling and data management.
You will enter a global role and work closely with many stakeholders, central business organisations as well as our global IT organisation.
This role is either (preferably) based in Lund/Sweden or remote (Europe/CET time-zone).
What you will do
As our new colleague, you will:
In close collaboration with business organisations, identify & understand business requirements and transform into reporting tools capabilities
Propose future enhancements and participate/drive continuous improvement in reports & data
Prototype, design and develop solutions for reporting needs
Continuously collaborate with business owners, improve and launch applications
Support/run training and optimise existing reports for improved user experience
Act as system expert related to reporting
Align & build network with relevant BI experts/BI coordinators within Market Operations and across Business Units
Understand pros and cons of a particular mode for data delivery to Power BI via various on-premise and cloud sources like HANA, Azure etc.
Other tasks as applicable
To be successful in this role we believe you have
Technical skills
Very good understanding in ETL and Relational Database Modelling
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and DAX language, experience in SAP HANA calculation View and knowledge in SQL
Experience in developing data models, data flow design and data connections best practices to develop robust, automated & scalable solutions
Experience in automation in data refreshes across systems is good-to-have
Minimum proven 3 years' experience in the above areas
Personal skills
You are a self-motivated, result orientated person with a strong drive. You pay attention to details and can manage many different tasks simultaneously.
You have excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
You have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and give support to peers and colleagues.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
