<p>Just Arrived is now recruiting on behalf of a real estate company in Malmo a person who is interested in working as a repairer. If you are technically skilled and enjoy develop solutions to various real estate-related issues then this is a great opportunity for you.The main target for the company is to provide good service to the tenants, and supervise the property as well.</p>

<p>This is a consultancy assignment via Just Arrived, which means that you will be employed by Just Arrived and work as a consultant at our client side. The service is full-time for 6 months with good chances of extension.</p>

<p><strong>Work Description:</strong><br />
As a repairer you will be handling:</p>

<ul>
<li>The fault reporting and follow-up systems.</li>
<li>Simple and medium-sized repairs in housing, plumbing, electricity, painting and carpentry.</li>
<li>Surveillance inspection to determine the status of the apartment and to settle any damage with the previous customer.</li>
<li>Participation in maintenance</li>
<li>The contact with renters and suppliers</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong><br />
We are looking for you who are service oriented, skilled in different types of repairs and who feel comfortable collecting information and report the work in the follow-up tools. You need to be able to work with a team and independently, We think that having a background in building, painting, plumbing, electricity or any similar experience is meritorious. It is a must that you have a driving license. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish (sfi level C).</p>
