The Swedish sales team had the largest increase of sales on the Swedish market during 2016 (21,5%) and is striving to improve the operations and results even more, during 2017.
To support the Swedish Sales Team we are currently looking for person with a passion for structure, whom is highly skilled in excel and that is extremely motivated to become a part of the best performing Sales Team in the industry.
Your roll:
Back office support, being a part of building the best possible foundation for our Swedish Sales team to increase the sales and effectivity of the entire organization. The organization will need your support in following up campaigns, performance of different entities and segments to increase its reactivity to market changes.
Your work will mainly consist of:
• Process data in Excel
• Merge data from different lists
• Maintain and update various records
As an administrator you will be working in-house with a nice team of 15 people. This is a temporary position, starting as soon as possible and until 7th of July 2017, 2-3 days per week. Renault Nordic office is located in Kista. Renault is a well-established company and this opportunity will be a very good reference to include in future job applicant.
Your profile
• Have previous experience of working with administration and Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
You have an organized and analytical mind, pay close attention to details and have a natural talent for easily digesting large amount of data. You take responsible for your tasks and are a skilled user of Excel. Furthermore you are stress resistance as well as a fast learner and have previous experience of working with quantitative data. As the role requires many points of contacts it is essential that you are communicative and easily connect with new contacts.
