Who you are
We are looking for you who have a good knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people You have broad knowledge of the assigned area and its contribution to business growth plus Strong knowledge of the contact centre industry and in particular its analytics functions within globally steered organisations. You have a deep knowledge of customer support centre business and its infrastructure (Genesys, Verint etc.) as much as a strong knowledge and understanding of complex reporting structures. You have a good theoretical knowledge in basic statistics and statistical modelling as well as a good understanding of stakeholder and change management techniques. You have a good understanding of all aspects of omnichannel shopping experience. and understands the complexity of remote analytics and RCMP, as an integrated part of the business For this role it is important to have a high level of data/computer proficiency.
We see that you have:
• Formal qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in conducting analysis in a contact centre environment and transforming these into clear actionable insights for stakeholders on all levels
• Minimum 4 years of experience within data analytics and visualisation tools such as Excel, PowerBi, or comparable
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
• Preferred: Knowledge in IKEA Sales and/or Resolutions processes
Your Responsibilities
In your day to day you will:
• Conduct advanced data exploration and analysis using modern data mining techniques (including machine learning), visualisation tools, or a combination thereof, to capture actionable insights
* Optimise how to measure specific KPIs for the assigned area, to improve country steering and follow country performance
* Drive and promote data driven decisions by continuously collaborating with the group team for the assigned area in order to secure an aligned approach
* Identify relevant data points for the business connected to the assigned area and collaborate with Group Digital in order to create and maintain the necessary reports and dashboards that enable high data transparency and optimal analysis
* Generate in-depth analysis by collaborating with the group Quality team and Demand & Capacity in order to maximise insights quality, speed and root-cause accountability within the assigned area
* Formulate feedback on analysis improvement needs in order to secure state of the art tools and ways of working
* Apply agile ways of working in relation to advanced analytics, especially on topics like performance measurement and hypothesis testing by default, thus maximising key metrics and ensuring that RCMP goals are met
* Ensure collaboration with Group Digital in order to secure a continuous improvement to the data-models, data[1]capturing, data-visualisation and data-tooling capabilities
