As Senior Research Associate you will play a pivotal role in the search of candidates for positions at the executive level in the Nordics and internationally. The Stockholm office is located at Sergels Torg.
You will take an active part throughout the whole search process, i.e. from the initial client meetings and the making of a client’s needs analysis, being responsible for the development of search strategies and mapping out relevant industries, companies and key people, to the presentation of the candidates, reference calls and finally the placement.
If you do not already have experience from an executive search/recruitment company we believe you have the following experience:
• An academic degree
• Fluent in English and Swedish, orally and written
• A few years work experience from positions where you were required to make many new contacts and in a short time acquire knowledge from new business areas and market sectors
• A genuine interest for Swedish and International business life
• Project management and consultancy company experience is a plus
