hela Sverige We are now looking for a Recruiter/ People Coordinator to our customer Designit. This is an interim position as a consultant via Wise Professionals with preferably immediate start. The assignment is fulltime for 6 months with possible extension or employment at Designit after this period of time.
Designit believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We're looking for a likeminded People Coordinator with the experience, passion and jedi skills to help Designit recruit, develop, support and inspire our fantastic people and managers.

Based in Stockholm, you'll join the People team and will work closely together with them and relevant stakeholders in the Stockholm office. Implement global HR initiatives to the local context in the Stockholm office
Coordinate, support and own the recruitment process
Facilitate onboarding and the people experience in the Stockholm office
Coordinate internal and external training
Ensure compliance to local laws, benefits and salary
Take part in the implementation of Workday
Handle day-to day-HR tasks
We would like you to be...
A recent graduate within Human Resouces, Psychology or any other relevant field of study, or with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the creative industry
Used to working in an international organisation
Someone with a strong understanding of the local market, employment laws and regulations
Well organised, able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
