Are you passionate about travel and have a strong commercial mind? As Regional Travel Manager for our Danish Region and being a spokesperson for Stena Line Sweden's travel segment, you will drive profitable travel sales across multiple markets, travel segments, and distribution channels, all with a focus on achieving overall route profitability. You will be working with the day-to-day business, as well as creating long-term relationships and strategies. An important part of the role is maintaining and creating collaborations with key business partners, destination partners, and other networks to further position Stena Line as the preferred partner in travel.

A big focus area will be on the continued launch of our route between Halmstad - Grenå, where you will play an important part in further building relationships with local stakeholders and finding commercial opportunities to grow Stena Line's travel business.

Some of your key responsibilities:
• Delivering the Regional Travel Result as well as creating the Regional Business Travel Plan.
• Creating a Regional Travel Strategy in collaboration with our Group Travel Team.
• Forming initiatives aligned with our Business Plan to drive reasons for travel.
• Working with Trade Management, OSS, and Group Teams to coordinate commercial efforts, safeguard regional priorities and enhance the customer focus and experience.
• Collaborating with Trade Management to set and define the pricing strategy, ensuring the market competitiveness is balanced with commercial objectives.
• Collaborating with Regional Partners & Sales Specialist, managing local relations with 3rd Party Customers, Destination Partners, Tourism/Ferry Representative Bodies as well as other local networks and partners to secure strong market relationships as well as high visibility and representation at key regional events.
• Developing, planning, and implementing the regional consumer PR strategy.

You will be a part of the Business Region Denmark management team placed in Gothenburg, consisting of colleagues within trade, freight, onboard services, and port operation. You'll also have a small sales team in Gothenburg and Frederikshavn. Together you'll collaborate with central and regional functions where you can expect lots of laughter and motivated colleagues who are happy to roll up their sleeves when and where needed. Good team spirit is key!

Who you are

Qualifications
• University degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role
• Background in Sales and/ or other commercial-focused areas
• Management and leadership experience
• Proven track record of driving business results
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not essential
