At Regional Sales support, we manage commercial, technical and customer support, internal training, as well having responsibility for business-related systems. You will be part of the Regional Sales Support management team and lead an engaged and skilled team of Chief Engineers and Delivery Project Managers with a strong focus on ensuring satisfied customers. Included in your responsibility will be to allocate tasks within the department, to secure resources and competence development. In collaboration with co-workers and local business units within Robotics, you will also contribute to the shaping of potential projects or contracts towards our customers within the automotive industry. Other important parts of your work will be to:

• Drive the cross-functional delivery project process, where you are resource owner.
• Secure long-term planning of future deliveries, satisfied customers and effective execution.
In this challenging position, you will play an important role in the development of global and common processes. You will work closely with other units to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction and efficiency. Since you will have close collaboration with our European units, you will expand your global network.

You are a confident leader with commercial and customer focus, combined with a market and competitor awareness. With your collaborative and communicative skills, you thrive in a role where you can coach, develop and inspire your team to great performance.

As a foundation, you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and have at least five to ten years' experience in a managerial role, preferably with commercial experience and with customer relations. You have technical knowledge in the automation or Robotics and can add value to technical discussions. Currently, you may work in a similar role with personnel responsibility. You are analytical and have an understanding for complex tasks, have the ability to analyze data and can draw logical conclusions. Fluency in English is a must, whereas proficiency in German is a plus.

Robotics develops, manufactures and markets robots and associated control systems, software, arc welding products, tracks and motor packages. We have bases in Västerås, Jönköping and the Gothenburg area in Sweden. Over 90% of our production goes to export and our customers include all major auto manufacturers. The auto industry and its sub suppliers and to an increasing extent general industry, such as the food industry, are automating their production with robots. Our robots and robotics are sold via local ABB companies and via independent systems integrators and OEM companies - companies we call our Partners.
