The Regional Sales Manager will have the primary responsibility for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Swedish markets so as to achieve the targeted growth in line with the company's vision and values.

You will be responsible for achieving profitable sales results by establishing and implementing business plans and sales strategies, by interaction with the key customers in cooperation with the head quarter and by leading the assigned teams to generate competitive proposals directly leading to the penetration and/or expansion of the existing business base.

The challenge

Your role is to develop and grow the service business of our 'Instrumentation and Controls" business.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Managing automation and electrical service sales and service projects within power plant business
• Developing service concepts, working processes, methods and tools
• Lead entire sales process from business development to closing
• Frequently visit customers and business partners to cultivate relationships in order to maintain existing customers and to expand the customer basis
• Resolute tracking and monitoring of market developments, identification of project opportunities and maintaining project data base and ensure the accuracy of CRM - within Salesforce.com

Who are you?

• Technical education (M.Sc. / B.Sc.) and expertise
• Several years of working history preferably in industrial service business, with at least a good basic understanding of the energy industry
• Solid technical expertise in PLC, DCS systems, experience from power plant automation and especially the control and protection systems steam turbines and generators would be an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication in English and in Swedish, German language skills is an advantage
• You are familiar with common IT and engineering tools
• You are a result and quality orientated team player with good leadership, communication and networking skills
• You can make things happen!
