The job:
The Industrial Sales Manager (ISM) is overall responsible for developing the overall FOSS business and sales of the FOSS solutions in the segments. The Industrial Sales Manager will report to the General Manager of FOSS Nordic.
One of the most important activities in your job is to visit customers - so you should expect to spend a lot of time in your car - visiting customers all over Sweden and Denmark. Your base will be your home office - preferably in South of Sweden or Denmark.

Major Position Accountabilities:
AsISM, you will be responsible for sales of Reference Methods /Analytical Solutions to Laboratories in both Denmark and Sweden, as well as sales of Reference Methods /Analytical Solutions to the Feed and Meat segment in Sweden
You will be responsibility for achieving sales budget and set Customer satisfaction targets including establishing an annual business plan/execution plan for your own segments - incl. Key Account planning.

Furthermore, you'll be :
• Maintaining CRM/Pipeline records updated and accurate records with respect to prospects, pre-implementation planning/proposal preparation, sales calls, quotations, pricing, etc., using CRM (SAP) system
• Providing input to marketing/sales with respect to competition and competitive pricing including products, applications, new product development etc.
• Participating in trade shows
Some travel activity will be required - primarily in Denmark & Sweden, therefore a valid driving license is required.

The job:
The Regional Sales Manager is overall responsible for developing the overall FOSS business and sales of the FOSS solutions in Sweden. The Industrial Sales Manager will report to the General Manager of FOSS Nordic A/S
Position Requirements and Specifications:
• 3 - 5 years experience in a sales role in a business-to-business capital equipment sales environment; experience in driving revenue in technical products/instruments in the food and agricultural industries in strongly preferred;
• A technical degree at minimum bachelor level.
• A proven strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue projections in capital equipment sales;
• Proven experience in cross-selling and Value Based Selling (benefits and profit enhancement proposition)
• Computer skills for proposals and presentations including Microsoft Office suite applications such as PowerPoint and Excel required
• Fluency in Swedish and English language is a firm requirement.
• Drivers license

Major Position Accountabilities:
• Sales of Analytical Solutions to new and existing customers in Sweden
• Overall responsibility for achieving sales budget and set Customer satisfaction targets
• Establishment of annual business plan/Execution plan for own segments - incl. Key Account planning.
• Maintaining CRM/Pipeline records updated and accurate records with respect to prospects, pre-implementation planning/proposal preparation, sales calls, quotations, pricing, etc., using CRM (SAP) system
• Constant and close cooperation/dialogue with FOSS Nordic colleagues as well as with the global organization
• Efficient and meeting the target for sales calls
• Provide input to marketing/sales with respect to competition and competitive pricing including products, applications, new product development etc.
• Participate in trade shows
• Travel as necessary to cover the territory.

You must be action oriented with a proven ability to achieve results and have a strong customer focus with ability to effectively interact with current and prospective customers to close sales or provide customer care. We expect you to have a high degree of integrity and professionalism and the ability to work with a variety of personalities and styles.
You should be very good at building strong relationships both internally and externally and act as a self-starter and multi-tasker, self-motivated, with a capacity to perform in a fast paced environment. Furthermore, you must have effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
