Business-oriented and commercial Regional Sales Manager for Jaguar Land Rover Sweden, based in Malmö!

British Car Import (BC Sweden) is a fast growing company with many fantastic new products coming our way. Jaguar Land Rover is continually developing and introducing a wider model range and growing in sales volume. We are accelerating in 2017 and will be recruiting several positions. The office is located in Hyllie, where you will work in a nice environment with great colleagues.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

At the dealers:

* Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
* Follow up on sales activities as well as stock situation.
* Participate in developing sales plans and execution plans.

At importer level:

* Participate in developing sales strategies and activities.
* Monitor sales.
* Cooperate with the rest of the sales and marketing team to drive sales.

THE JOB IN BRIEF

As our new Regional Sales Manager you will ensure that sales and customer satisfaction is achieved as planned or beyond. With a strong mindset, close coorperation with our dealers and great presence in the market you 're determined to achieve our goals. Furthermore, you will promote Jaguar Land Rover values to all stakeholders, as a Jaguar Land Rover Brand Ambassador. You will function as the importers extended arm and messenger towards the dealers in order to simplify communication and create strong relationships. Your office will be in Malmö and you will travel frequently to all our dealers in Sweden. You will report to our Sales Manager.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have a minimum of 5+ years working experience within sales, preferably from the automotive industry. A commercial mindset and a good understanding of the principals of creating a great product is a must. We believe that you most likely have a relevant education in business, economics, marketing or similar.

You are a person with a high level of energy, endurance and a strong goal-orientation. You have excellent communication and networking skills with an ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally. In this position it 's essential that you have both interpersonal skills and business acumen. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong command of English language skills is a must. We strongly believe that you have an enthusiasm for Jaguar Land Rover products and services. You are willing to travel frequently.
