You keep up-to-date with changing market conditions and customer needs to be able to identify opportunities, and by finding successful ways of mixing strategy and operational performance, you pave the way for a strong sales offering. You also establish profitable relationships with our customers and partners, and ensure synergies and great collaboration across our organization.Leading your team, you bring a coaching and supportive culture and set the direction of an opportunity-oriented sales force by clearly communicating and following up on targets and actions. You are an active member of our Swedish Sales Unit Management team, and to be close to our business and customers, we prefer that you are located somewhere in the middle of Sweden.Your profileWe're looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration. You have a solid background of at least five years in a commercial sales position in the industrial sector, including proven leadership ability and a technical affinity to our offering. Previously working with customer management is a necessity, and you are known for seizing opportunities and making businesses grow. You are fluent in Swedish and, as we operate in a global setting, you also need excellent skills in English.To be a great fit in this position and in our Seco family, you have a commercial mindset and are genuinely skilled in creating strong customer relations. Effectively balancing a strategic outlook with operational work makes you very successful at your job.
