hela Sverige We are looking for a Regional Leasing Responsible who wants to join our Global Expansion Department at the H&M Group Head Office in Stockholm.

The expansion function at H&M Group is responsible for all aspects of creating our Group's Real Estate Portfolio; to lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. Each year we add new stores and optimize existing portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
As a Regional Leasing Manager you will act as support to all Expansion and Leasing Managers in your specific markets. You will be the direct link between the country organizations and head office regarding all expansion related matters to ensure that we have sufficient resources and that everyone is working with the right tools and routines. You need to ensure there is a clear growth strategy in each market to fulfill the overall global as well as market specific expansion targets. You will be part of setting that strategy and targets.
You will be obliged to closely cooperate with other departments within Global Expansion that share similar goals and together you'll aim at constant improvements of standards and processes. Your always objective approach, sense of urgency and outspoken communication skills will help you to onboard all your speaking partners to your ideas and challenge the status quo.
You will also actively participate as support in the recruitment strategy of each market and the necessary processes to ensure the best possible team.
Your responsibilities
The job of a Regional Leasing Responsible comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities will include:
• To ensure there is a clear growth strategy in each market in your Region to support expansion of the Group in accordance with global expansion targets
• To support and challenge Leasing Teams in each market in setting ambitious qualitative and quantitative targets for each market in your Region
• To follow up each Leasing Teams commercial strategy to ensure that the portfolio is commercially competitive and in line with the overall global standard
• To ensure each project fulfills global quality standards and to strive for constant improvement of current standards
• To prepare Signing presentations and give clear recommendations to the Board during signing sessions
• To drive collaboration between global leasing, legal, construction, interior and facility teams in order for all teams to work towards common goals of the company both globally and in your Region
• To support Leasing Teams in particular negotiations when needed

The position will be a permanent employment, full time and located at our Head Office in Stockholm.
