hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos FlixBus Sverige AB i Stockholm We're looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operations Manager Nordics (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This position is based in Stockholm.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green
You collaborate closely with our local Swedish bus partners and develop long lasting relationships based on mutual trust
You ensure the best quality of services offered to our customers by our bus partners
You keep in close touch with our partner companies supporting regarding all operational topics and take care of the driver training
You support along the way keeping the operational every-day business running
Your main focus will be on the Swedish bus market and you will support future growth within the Nordic region
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
Bachelor's degree, or similar, ideally in the fields of transportation, logistics or other technical studies
Previous experience in transportation services and/or the operations field is a big plus
High motivation for achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness paired with an analytic mind that has easy to learn and define new systems and processes
As a large part of the work is communicating with our partners, being a peoples-person is a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Native level Swedish speaker and fluent in English, knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus
