You will work together and in our global Employee Experience department with a local responsibility for the Växjö Office, to see that employee experience related goals are achieved in a health conscious and professional manner. You will be a carrier of the Play'n GO culture and brand values, making sure our office environment will be colored by them. The ideal candidate has a true enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding working environment where everyone can feel at home, flourish and grow together with Play'n GO.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to create an outstanding and well reputed office within the group
• Lead and represent the office with high standards and in line with Play'n GO values
• Manage office team, cooperate with local managers and the Employee Experience department
• Sign for the office, overall responsible for office budget
