The Expansion function is here to support in adding Meaningful Growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our Real Estate Portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
Job Description
As Regional Head of Expansion Controlling in Region North, you are leading a team of regional controllers and you co-lead the sales market expansion controllers and lease administrators. The scope includes:
Responsible for building the strategical plans for the region, such as growth and portfolio management plans.
Act as strategic partner to Regional Head of Expansion and support with analysis and guidance for strategic decisions and change management initiatives.
Set a strategy for analysis, tools, data input, insights collection and project follow up.
Drive the goal and budget process, ensuring robust and accurate financial forecasts (OPEX and CAPEX).
Secure controlling excellence within the region.
Closely collaborate with the market teams and the group controlling team in order to share and get insights for improved way of working and analysis.
Qualifications

Besides your personality we see that:
Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering.
Controller or leadership position with high level of analysis.
You have good knowledge in expansion strategy, leasing and construction & facilities.
Ability to lead complex analysis projects.
Ease to see the totality and make fast interpretations of data and other information.
Strong at sorting and prioritization.
Extensive skills in, and good understanding of, working with analysis tools such as Excel, PBI or similar.
Strategic, able to define effective long-term plans in line with the vision and strategy.
Advanced English level.
Additional information
This is a one year parental cover with a start date in November. The role is based in Stockholm and reports to Head of Expansion.
