hela Sverige We are now looking for a Regional Head - CMI with the responsibility to increase TCS market share in Communication and media Industry in Nordic region. This position involves intensive travel across the Nordic region and working in different time zones, Including frequent travels to various offshore delivery centers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow the Revenue & Topline from existing and new customers in the region
Margin -Maintain and improve the quality if revenue.
Manage the P&L of the unit
Lead the Sales and Pre-sales effort in the region for the CMI Unit
Lead the Delivery Rigor, create capability to fulfill the promises made to the customers
Lead Thought Leadership efforts for the Units
Compliance - Make sure to comply with all the corporate compliance requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Sales, Delivery, Telecom domain consulting, Telecom Presales, Customer Life Cycle Management, Product Life Cycle Management, P&L Management, Team Building/Motivation/Leadership and Project Management.
Understanding of the Industry and working of Communication and Media business and its business units.
Understanding of IT and business landscape
People Management
Communications Skills
Deep Understanding of Telecom and Media processes
Deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems
Knowledge of running large transformation programs
Knowledge of new Ways of Working
