Regional Governance Support, Scania Finans AB

Scania Finans AB (SFA) serves customers, dealers and distributors in 7 markets through branches in the Nordic and Baltic countries with financing and insurance solutions. Job description

In your role as Regional Governance Support you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will support the Customer Service Manager and the Regional Managers in all 7 markets.
Key responsibilities as Regional Governance Support:
• Take an active part in creating, developing, changing and improving processes, services and products
• Propose and develop solutions in the way we work in order to prevent operational risks
• Implementation and education of new policies and instructions
• Follow-up on compliance of policies and instructions
• Audits/checks of ways of working according to the above
• Identify and report causes for operational and business risks (first line of defence)
• Order and/or create reports used for Scania Finans AB'sbusiness standard control

Job Requirements

We believe that you have experience from financial institutions. If your experience is linked to automotive, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We expect you to have good communication skills, experience in education skills and knowledge/ understanding in compliance issues. Since we are an international company we expect your Swedish /Scandinavian as well as your English language to be fluent, both orally and in writing.

We believe that you are a fast learner, structured and curious. Knowledge of the finance system View21 suite (BanQsoft) and/or experience from some reporting tools is an advantage. Excellent knowledge in MS Office is a requirement.

In order to succeed in this position you need to be a good team player, but also able to work independently. The position require some travelling from time to time to the markets and taking parts in Skype meetings.
