Your mission
As a Regional Demand Planner, your mission will be to engage with our sales team and organization to formulate the appropriate demand plan, forecasting items required to support the sales and expected growth of Epiroc in the region. Your focus will be on identifying changes and events in the market, coordinating actions to adjust forecasts and stock levels accordingly, and ensuring a smooth supply chain operation.
As a Regional Demand Planner, your responsibilities include driving the implementation of demand planning processes, collaborating with Customer Centers to meet customer needs, optimizing stocking assortment and forecast levels through market intelligence, adjusting sales forecasts for accuracy, coordinating with the Global S&OP team for effective responses to demand plans and market events, consolidating local demand plans into a regional plan, providing insights and recommendations in regional planning meetings, reporting to the Global S&OP team, managing forecast parameters, analyzing forecast accuracy, coordinating process requirements, participating in projects for process and system improvements, and fostering cross-functional interaction to enhance customer service and collaboration.

Your profile
To succeed as a Regional Demand Planner, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in planning and forecasting, preferably in end-to-end supply chain management.
* Background in consumables management at Epiroc or similar industries, ensuring familiarity with relevant products.
* Experience in project management and implementing changes in a global organization.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (additional languages preferred).
* University degree in Economics/Business Administration, Supply chain/Logistics, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.

You are results-oriented, utilizing effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and achieve shared goals. Your analytical nature allows you to identify improvement opportunities and implement better ways of working. With your structured approach, you can manage multiple project plans and activities, ensuring efficient operations. Additionally, your global perspective and cultural understanding enable you to work effectively with diverse teams.

Location and travel
This position can be located in EMCA region. Occasional travel is required.In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
