About the jobAlfa Laval holds a strong market position in this global and dynamic market. We will now expand our central team to further strengthen our capabilities, with a Regional Business Manager, to increase our market share and secure continuous profitable growth.
The Regional Business Manager will actively support and work closely with the Sales Companies to develop and implement growth strategy. The Regional Business Manager is the main point of contact for the Sales Companies and supports their daily business, where fast response is of vital importance for success.
The responsibilities include:

Sales company business and competence development and implementing 'best practices'
Driving the growth plans and ensuring that the plan is supported by actions and resources
Key Account Management
Support and promotion of the complete Service portfolio
Setting, following-up and reporting on targets and actions
Gathering information on market development and competition
Pricing
Capture and feedback market needs to further enhance our portfolio


The Regional Business Manager is a central key player in the global service sales organization and is expected to actively contribute to the development of our general business, processes and tools.
Who are you?You will be joining a team of skilled and highly motivated colleagues, in an international business environment.
The business is fast-moving, with a high level of variety of demands and where a strong business acumen is a necessity.We need an energetic team-player, with a strategic mindset and strong cross- cultural awareness.
You have an excellent ability to communicate and build relations. You have a genuine interest and passion for service business, enabling us to stay ahead of competition.
You have Engineering educational background, university level or a corresponding business degree, with broad hands on experience in the marine industry. Perhaps you are working with sales management within the marine industry, with at least 5-6 years' experience, and are looking to take on new and exciting challenges.

PracticalitiesThe Regional Business Manager is based in Tumba, Sweden. Expected number of travel days is 80-90 day/year. Interviews will be held continuously.
