About the role:
This position will be based in our Head Office in Solna, Stockholm. You will be the first in-house accountant responsible for building and shaping the general accounting environment of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters who are willing to grow with the company. You will manage the daily accounting operations of the company from A to Z. Your task will include but not be limited to:
Keeping the daily accounting records
Manage the whole AR/AP process
Payroll calculation and accounting
Tax preparation and reporting to all necessary institutions
Performing all reconciliations and company consolidation
Managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes
Qualifications:
Respective academic background to meet the challenges of the position
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in-house in the service sector (preferably the Software industry) and/or in an accounting firm.
Payroll experience
Tax experience
Accounting software/package experience (e.g. Visma, Fortnox)
Excellent Swedish and English language skills
