We are offering an excellent opportunity to work as a Recruitment Specialist to support our Swedish organization in our HQ in Lund.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Recruitment Specialist you have an important role as a professional recruitment partner in guiding our managers through our process, providing support as a strategic sounding board and giving recruitment advice as well as administrative support.
The role includes:
* Recruitment support to managers, insuring quality and top of the line support throughout the recruitment process
* Work with processes, channels and tools
* Writing and publishing of ads
* Interviews, preparation and participation
* Contact with candidates
* Various ongoing projects
* Sustain our culture and core values
You will work closely with your stakeholders creating an excellent candidate experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To succeed in the role it's important that you are driven and self-confident with high integrity and hold the ability to drive your own professional opinion in a constructive way, keeping the business in focus.
Furthermore we think you are organized and structured and that you are open minded and have a high level of service. You are engaged and passionate and motivated to support and take responsibility in the recruitment process in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. We also think that you enjoy building credible and trusted relationships and that you're skilled in collaborating with others.
In addition to above we believe you have:
* Studies in Human Resources or similar
* At least three years of experience from recruitment and experience of managing the entire recruitment process from a-z
* Fluent in English and Swedish written and verbal
