We are now looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist, who can help us build up the amazing team which can follow through on this mission.
You are tenacious, highly skilled in recruiting and with a strong point of view on company branding. You love to get things done together with the team, but are never back down from getting things done on your own. You are motivated by building up a diverse, highly capable and passionate team.
Your tasks:
Work with our CEO and management team to further develop and execute our hiring plan.
Take lead on all new hires, including identifying right channels, right messaging that will get us the right candidates.
Proactively head hunt the right candidates where required.
Work with HR to ensure successful onboarding.
Understand the organizations needs going forward and build up a pipeline of suitable candidates.
Own the marketing plan for Natural Cycles as an employer brand.
Build up our presence, in the right channels towards the right audience, bringing us top of mind among the right candidate audience.
Work with PR to make Natural Cycles an aspirational workplace for our key target groups.
Professional skills:
Proven track record of 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in recruiting positions.
Relevant background demonstrating marketing and/or branding skills.
Very strong professional network in Sweden & abroad.
Recognized for your professionalism and your ability to identify new opportunities within the developer community.
Understanding of the medical industry a plus.
Understanding of Swedish relocation & immigration law a plus.
