We are in an expanding phase and need additional support on recruitment. If you are keen on playing a key role in an expanding company and want to work closely with our core business, this might be something for you!
Prestigeless, communicative and collaborative coordinator
As with us at NKT in Alingsås, you will help managers with recruitment. You will run the complete recruitment processes with the support of the HR manager in Alingsås if necessary. You will be part of a smaller HR team locally but also belong to the national HR team at NKT. Many recruitments will be in the engineering profession or other specialist areas, so if you have experience of recruitment with this focus on these professions, it is a plus. But recruiting with us includes the whole spectrum of recruitments, from production staff to specialists.
Coordinating the complete recruitment plan
Your tasks will include creating advertising material, search, screening of applications, interviews and reference interviews. NKT has a clear and structured recruitment process and uses digital tools such as video interviews and digital reference checks.
Your Profile also includes:
• Structured, good listener and experienced within recruiting and search.
• University degree, preferable within HR
• Comfortable in both writing and speaking English and Swedish (Writing job ads and having interviews in English as well as in Swedish)
• A solution focused and prestigeless mindset
The regular workplace is NKT's hub in Alingsås, even if it is possible to work from home for a couple of days a week.
It is a temporary assignment starting immediately and initially lasts for 6 months.
