hela Sverige We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a motivated recruiter to join our small and ambitious HR department. Your first priority will be to fill vacant positions at our offices in the Nordics, Hong Kong, and Warsawa. At Apsis we use competence based and situation-behavior interview technique and use the Assessio’s test portfolio. But most of all we are passionate about finding the right people to join our Apsis team.
Everyday life as a recruiter at Apsis is quite intense and consists of the different tasks related to the recruiting process. Our search and sourcing strategy focuses on job board searches, social media, networking and employee referrals. We strive to limit our cooperation with agencies. Multi-tasking is an important ability for success in this role. We strive and take pride in doing recruiting in a way that makes our candidates interested and feel good about Apsis.
Skills & Experience:
Done recruitment independently for minimum 2 years, at least as a part of your work
Experience working with search activities
Experience, strong knowledge and interest in recruiting through social media
Experience and education in one or several tests (MAP, OPQ etc.) as well as experience of test-executing
Preferably worked with recruitments in sales and IT
Preferably done some successful employer branding activities in the past
Apsis is a very international company and we appreciate excellent communications skills and fluency in both Swedish and English. If you speak any other languages it’s definitely a bonus.

You are a self-going doer with a high level of energy who is able to take own initiatives. You are excellent in time management. You make your own decisions and drive the recruitment process in a smooth and efficient way. You are un-prestigious in your mind-set and in your communication style.
