What you'll be doing
At TMRW we live and breathe great visualizations and our colleagues are some of the most talented people in the world. TMRW is looking for our next recruiter to join and find even more great and talented people. You will be a part of People and Culture and the one who has responsibility for TMRWs recruitment processes. You are eager to recruit and it doesn't matter if you are looking for the next visual artist, project manager or sales assistant, you are responsible for them all. You think it is fun not only to recruit to the office where you are located but to all of TMRWs offices. You have a keen eye for who would fit in our team and who really wants to be a part of our growing journey. A typical day includes sourcing different candidates, interviewing, writing ads, being responsible for the onboarding process, communicating with different departments regarding the hiring process and much more. Simply said: you are the one that ensures that candidates are right for our culture and the values we stand for.
On to you - are we a perfect fit
Your can-do attitude together with your curiosity and stubborn attitude to not give up will be of great value in this position. You get motivated when you are recruiting for a new position that you haven't recruited before and you think it is really important to spread joy at work. We see that you have previous experience from similar positions and that you have a higher education within a relevant field. You speak and write English fluently, it is meritorious if you have knowledge in Swedish. If you have worked with LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor this too is meritorious. TMRW has a big growth ahead and you want to be a part of this growing and developing journey.
