hela Sverige As the Recruiter you will facilitate and coordinate the recruitment process of fieldworkers to MSF Sweden. This by organizing and managing the process from start to finish and continuously work to find improvements within the area in order to facilitate a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Responsible for overall coordination of the recruitment process of field workers;
• Answer to requests by phone or email of potential candidates, interested in field work
• Reviews all applications and give feedback to applicants in timely manner
• Book chosen candidates for assessment centres (AC) and perform interviews
• Overall coordination of the AC
• Administer selection tests when needed
Continuously improve work methods and practices within the area
Support in the recruitment of HQ staff (interviews, shortlist etc.)
Coordination of introduction program for new staff
Support in Employer Branding activities (e.g. information evenings, research and targeted recruitment's)
Läkare Utan Gränser (MSF Sweden) is looking for an engaged and passionate Recruiter to lead and coordinate the recruitment processes of fieldworkers to MSF Sweden.
• Commitment to MSF principles and a humanitarian interest
• Further education and/or academic degree in Human Resources. Relevant proven experience within the area may compensate for lack of education.
• Proven record of successful recruitment experience, minimum 1-2 years
• MSF experience, minimum 6 months experience of field work and/or 1 years' experience in HQ
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and interviewing skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and juggle a wide range of tasks in a reactive environment. Able to work and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities
• Excellent time management skills and are able to work in an autonomous manner
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
