Vårt uppdrag:

Do you want to be the new Records Manager Nordic for a long term assignment in an international Life Science Company? You will be based at the Nordic headquarters in Solna, Stockholm. The position is to be filled as soon as possible and will continue until further notice.

Your employment will be with us at Avanzera. As an employee with us you have a fixed monthly salary and you are paid the current month.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
As the Records Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of the Records & Information Management program for a period of 6 months (100%) and then develop into the Records Manager position for all three Nordic Sectors (60%) after the 6 months period. For the remaining 40% you will engage in coordination of the Nordic Board and assist the board members in various tasks.

Your key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance to the Records & Information Management policies and standards.
• To coordinate all activities related to records retention and provide support and assistance to Records Coordinators.
• Coordinate and help implement all projects related to Records Management
• Complete Assessment every year for all legal entities
• Train the Records Coordinators
• Provide and distribute information to all employees as needed
• Maintain archive structure (paper files and electronic)
• Ensure policies and practices regarding records management are in place and followed
• Give structure and coordinate with the departments, for themselves to do the job, with management support

Bakgrund
We believe you have 3-5 years work experience in an office environment with previous business or administrative experience. You have strong business and process understanding/process mapping as well as a strong compliance understanding. You need to be able to convince your colleagues on the importance of compliance and strong influencing/negotiation skills will be of help to you. Since you will be working in an international setting you need to have good written and verbal communication skills in English.

You are an adaptable person, capable of dealing with people from different cultural, geographic and functional backgrounds. You are also resourceful and able to work independently, motivating yourself.
